If you order before 12:00, your order will be shipped the same business day. Within the Netherlands and Belgium you can enjoy free shipping from €100,- with PostNL.
Shipping with PostNL
We ship all packages with PostNL. You can choose to have your package delivered where and when it suits you. With PostNL you can choose between home delivery in a time slot of your choice and you can choose a postponed delivery date. You can also choose a different delivery address, a PostNL parcel point or a parcel machine.
When you order from DetailKracht, you will receive a confirmation by email. As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace from PostNL, so that you can follow your package. If you use the PostNL app, you will also receive a notification that a package is on its way to you.

Each package is packed very firmly by us, to ensure that all products reach you in good condition. We work as filling material 100% recyclable materials. This way we save weight, so also shipping costs and we take nature into account.

Real-time Stock Information
With our real-time stock information, you can see immediately whether your product is in stock. Is it not in stock? Then we will give you an indication of the expected delivery time and/or advice for an alternative product. We do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied. Because there is no better advertisement than a satisfied customer!
Paying with us is just as easy as ordering. For example with iDEAL, Bancontact or Credit Card.

Exchanges and Returns
Are you not satisfied with your purchase or do you want to return a product? Arrange it easily via email.
30 days reflection period
You have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep a product. Do you want to return something? Contact us by email and we will ensure a quick handling. In case of complaints, we will gladly help you with a suitable solution.
Exceptions
Opened packages of consumables cannot be returned.
Important when returning
- The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
- Make sure you pack the shipment properly and pay sufficient postage.
- If possible, use the original packaging.
Do you have a complaint?
Contact us and we will look for a solution together. In case of a return due to a complaint or defect (after consultation) we will reimburse the shipping costs.
Shipping costs reimbursement
- If you return the entire order within 30 days, you will receive the paid shipping costs for the outward shipment back.
- Are you returning part of your order? Then the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Warranty and Defects
Do you have a defective product or do you want to submit a warranty claim? Arrange it easily via email.
Warranty period
Electrical appliances, accessories and attachments are guaranteed for 24 months. For consumables such as liquids, pastes, cloths and polishing pads, the guarantee depends on the use.

- If necessary, you will receive a return label.
- Make sure the product is properly packaged.
What happens after receipt?
After receiving the product, we will arrange a replacement or repaired product within 5 working days. If a product needs to be repaired and we are dependent on the manufacturer or supplier, longer lead times may apply.
